I like Jimmy behind the scenes, gathering information, but keeping it close to the vest. It fits in with what we'll learn was going on behind the scenes in early S4 :-)
I also like his reluctance to share with Michelle, also playing well into future events.
Great balance on Tony and Gibbs. It's easy to play them off one another when they're at their best, but the mix is much harder when one of them is hurt. Gibbs very off comes off as "too" - whether too sympathetic, too angry, or name an adjective.
